This week Worldz has been present at the NetComm Forum to promote the new plugin for ecommerce, to meet ecommerce decision makers and to forge alliances with key players in the internet industry.

This was the twelfth edition of the Netcomm Forum, the most significant event for e-commerce and digital transformation in Italy, with an attendance of 11,800. The event hosted 170 exhibitors and sponsors, 169 speakers, 3 plenary sessions and 76 workshops.
Two days dedicated to online business, training and networking to grow ecommerce business.

Worldz provides a growth network for e-commerce based businesses, which allows companies to increase their commercial effectiveness and sales conversions.

The startup has a community of advisors and micro-influencers and a tool/plugin specifically designed to accelerate e-commerce based businesses. The plugin is available for Woocommerce, Prestashop and Magento.

Worldz rewards customers individually, by valorizing their popularity which is calculated with a clever proprietary algorithm. This individual value of popularity can then be spent as a personalized discount on ecommerces and marketplaces, thus assuring a deeper customer loyalty towards these web based businesses.

This value is available in the so called Worldz Wallet and can be spent daily as a discount for purchases with the e-commerce partners. The start up’s slogan, “Share more, Pay Less”, reflects the underlying social innovation.

With the latest version of its SAAS, Worldz is in the process of helping ecommerces to improve the customer journey, as indicated in this scheme.

The Conversion rate is a metric which is the result of many factors, and the consequence of a process in which Worldz is proving to be most useful. Attention to such matters as abandoned shopping carts, purchase intentions, customer retention and loyalty. The startup is also active in collecting metrics about the re-activation of customers after a period of inactivity, re-engagement of customers and winning back customers for ecommerces.
